Skills Desired:
- Should have sound knowledge of food ingredients application and Emulsion technology, MS Office,
should be comfortable with English (Speaking, Writing)
JD:
- To perform daily trials of NPD, Product re-engineering projects, Vendor development, Product Improvement, Vendor Audit, SOP Development for QC and production, Process optimization & improvement, Trial Record preparation, Daily and weekly report preparation, New RM PM testing and report preparation, Market visit, commercialization of new recipe/formulation, Nutritional value and ingredients declaration preparation for the label as per FSSAl, Halal, kosher regulation
Experience: 3 to 6 Years (Bakery)
