About the Job – Executive – Quality Assurance – Lotte India Corporation – Food Technology Jobs at Ahmedabad Gujarat

Role & responsibilities

1. Perform conventional microbiological test & rapid microbiological test of all product.
2. Handling audits of FSSAI, FSSC, BIS perform internal audits of microbiological Laboratories
3. Monitor and review RM/ PM/ SFG/ FG quality checks at the unit as per the Legal & Quality Plan & SOP.
4. Analyze and identify trends in customer/ market complaints. Identify root cause and action plan for market complaints. Identify action plan for reduction of complain.
5. Food safety management system requirements – SOPs; Monitor and review documentation as per defined SOP. Review reports and identify gaps.
6. Monitor and check for GMP and hygiene for the plant and identify the gaps in food safety of the product.
7. Monitoring and review water quality of the product.
8. Monitoring, reviewing and identification of gap in RM/PM Quality deviation and complaint.
9. Vendor audit, evaluation, and improvement on the basis quality deviation of RM & PM.
10. Implementation and assurance of all Legal compliance in the product, process and plant conditions and preparation of documentation, Reports & trends.
11. Perform environmental monitoring testing in aseptic processing area to ensure integrity of workspace.
12. Collect and test raw material, perform daily microbiological tests using swabs and water sampling.
13. Composed OOS and QA investigations and determining root cause analysis and implemented CAPAs Perform tests on all incoming ingredients and document all records.
14. Maintain GMP and GLP of the respective areas; update and prepare SOP as per the rules and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferred Candidate from Ice Cream Industries , Food Industries
• B. TECH IN Food technology or Dairy Technology / BSC / MSC Microbiology
• 2 to 5 years Experience
