Role & responsibilities

1. Lead and manage Quality Assurance by ensuring adherence to company, national and international standards with regards to food safety ,hygiene, GMP,HACCP and product quality.Thorough knowledge of ISO and FSSC Standards

2. Basic knowledge of SAP and its feature. Person should at least able to leverage the usage of SAP.

3. Implementing and maintaining all quality systems as per the guidelines of PVMI. Maintain quality standards by establishing and enforcing company’s standards. Handling crisis as a pert of Crisis Management procedure.

4. Ensure and maintain safe and clean work environment by educating partners and directing personnel (if any) on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Sound knowledge of KPI tracking and improvement areas.

5. Measure partner performance and lead continuous improvement program with hands on experience with SPC, Process capability and Minitab. Implement new projects, determine manufacturing requirements.

6. Manage, quality issues and new product updates. Communicate status and risks to management

7. Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points.

8. Conduction of reconciliation of FG, RM & PM, budgeting, cost calculation, wastage derivation etc.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Excellent Practical Skills for Quality Management System, should be conversant (Hands on experience compulsory) with the latest Standards of ISO , FSSC and FSSAI

2. 5 years to 8 Years of work experience

3. Graduation & above in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, MSc, BSc
