EXPERIENCE: 5-8 Years

QUALIFICATION – Graduate or PG in Food  Science/Food Technology

Location – Shilphata, Thane

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIE

• Manage production schedules, employee shifts, and daily targets.
• Ensure product quality, hygiene, FIFO, and compliance standards.
• Ensure that daily production goals are met as per our cut-off times
• Train and supervise staff; handle issues and complaints.
• Maintain records and report daily inventory and production.
• Report daily raw material and finished goods stock to the inventory team.
• Ensure yield is maintained as per standard requirements.
• Minimize waste and ensure proper utilization of raw materials.
• Continuously monitor hygiene and sanitation of the plant and equipment
