About the Job – Intern – Production Operations – Freshtohome Thane Maharashtra – Food Technology/Food Science Fresher Internships in Food Industry

Learning and assisting in:

• Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives in respective sections.
• Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Overseeing in coaching floor workers
• Ensuring the safe use of equipment and scheduling regular maintenance.
• Checking production output according to specifications.
• Submitting reports on performance and progress.
• Identifying issues in efficiency and suggesting improvements.
• Training new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
• Enforcing strict safety guidelines and company standards.
• Maintaining daily production report and stock report at the end of shift.
