FSSAI Approved Food Analyst – Food, Chemical & Water testing Lab

• Minimum 6-7 yrs. of experience in Food, Chemical and water testing lab with qualification of M.Sc. Food Technology / Chemistry/ or related subject.
• Complying to the Quality System as per all applicable accreditations like ISO 17025, EIC, APEDA etc.
• Digital Image color and sample type in comparison with sample description; if visible
• Ensuring sample description is varying in worksheets from different sections, need to cross check with original sample.
• Ensuring correct sample description & sample details, applicant details.
• Ensuring correct parameters, protocol, units and tests results are reported before release.
• Communicating with customers for clarification of their requirements in case of any discrepancy observed in test report.
• Ensuring correct interpretation of results as per product matrix.
• Ensuring correct Data sheet attached in comparison with the sample number and sample description.
• Verification of specification inserted against the requirements.
• Ensuring proper insertion of NABL symbol and appropriate comments as per requirement.
• Verifying appropriate authorized signatories have reviewed the report.
• Verifying Invoice details with quotation and PI.
• All quality control practices being followed as per procedure.
• Following the 5S and lean implementation.
• Participating in continual improvements projects.
• Monitoring the turnaround time of the tests / reports as per the given schedule to the laboratory or as per the priority set.
• Approaching the technical manager for any unresolved technical queries.
