Position: Manager QC
Location: Howrah Dhulagarh
Qualifications: Graduate /Post Graduate in food science/ food technology / Microbiology
Experience : 8-10 years
Criteria:
- Rolling Mill background / Spices /Pulses background experience only
- Proven track record of team management
- Vendor Management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities :
- Overall responsibility and reviewing food safety and quality management system
- Possess a clear understanding of the industry, technology trends with the distinction of instituting quality assurance practices to achieve business quality excellence
- Work closely and guide as required the Quality Control team across units for optimum output
- Manage the development and improvement of existing products, to better meet user needs.
- Track customer feedback / complaints and accordingly make necessary process corrections as required
