About the Job – Chief Manager Quality RPSG (FMCG) – Guiltfree Industries Limited Mumbai Maharashtra India

The role will Will have dual role of Technology Transfer & Central QA

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining sanctity of design to delivery process both from customer point of view as well as from R&D perspective
• Ensure that delivered products in market are as per standards
• Independent assessment of trade checks across products
• Will be a Checker’s role for Product / Packaging Makers ; Will be accountable to get right delivery done to both the teams
• Work closely with top stakeholders : R&D, Manufacturing & Marketing functions

Requirements:

• B Tech/M Tech Food Technology/ Mechanical Engineer
• Six Sigma Certification ( Green / Black Belt ) strongly preferred
• 8-14 yrs of experience
• Needs to have Statistical approach and arrive at a pattern
• Must have worked in established set up of large FMCG companies Domestic or MNC
• Must have worked inSnacks Manufacturing Plant Handling Quality function
• Work experience of Technology Transfer required
• Work experience inSnacks category mandatory (Extruded snacks / namkeens)
• Must have sound knowledge of Quality aspects of snacks
• Must have sound Knowledge of Continuous operation with Tools used to ensure consistent deliverable Quality / Operational Excellence
• Good exposure to Process scale -up
• Must have handled and Knowledge of Quality testing of all RM-PM, in process and Finished Products
• Must have sound knowledge of Trouble shooting of key Quality defects
• Must be knowing Key consumer complaint, Probable RCA and CAPA
• Must have handled vendor audits
• Must have handled various Quality certifications.
• Must be conversant with FSSAI & LM regulations
• Must have handled SAP QM module
