MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
> 10-15 years experience in North Indian/South Indian/Chinese Food, Traditional Mithai & Namkeens Manufacturing Industry
> B.Tech – Food Technology & Processing or
Equivalent
> HACCP / FOSTAC / ISO Certified
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Consistent Quality Manufacturing Of Fresh & Frozen Food (North Indian/South Indian/Chinese/Etc), Mithai, Namkeens as per SOP/Recipes
· Sensory Evaluation
· Map Technology Based Production
· Focus On Customer Complaints & Product Upgradation
· New Product Development & Technology
· Cost Control Management
· Executing Orders & Dispatches
· Supply Chain Management between Outlets
· Manpower Management
· Team Work Ability
· Sourcing & Recruiting of Quality & Efficient Manpower
· Training & Developing Processes
· Vendor Development
· Inventory Management via ERP Softwares
· Implementing Food Industry Safety Norms
· Machine Maintenance
· & Other Relevant Responsibilities
Candidate must be from Traditional Sweets & QSR Background preferably with experience from Haldirams / Bikanervala / and other such QSR Brands
EXPECTED SALARY & PERKS: 7.5L – 9.5L P.A. + Accommodation
