Position Title: Executive/Senior Executive-Technical(Production)

Role Overview:

Accountabilities:

Top 5 Core Responsibilities / Outcomes Expected

1. Technical knowledge of Tetra Pak, wet blending & Syrup processing
2. To maintain Overall plant safety & Food safety on shop floor with stringent GMP & GHP adherence in shifts
3. Production planning and process optimization in shifts
4. To lead AM pillar in shift with 100% CL/CIL compliance
5. To Lead shift manpower including on roll and casuals on shop floor
6. To Lead the team to achieve & Drive KPI like OEE, Wastage reduction, Zero shift hold/100% first pass quality, Safety culture, 100% delivery against plan

Other Applicable Scope Defining Dimensions

1. Available resource utilization in shifts
2. Develop Work strategies that support production related target achievement
3. Coordination with inter department stakeholders and other shift incharges
4. Data management on excel/power BI

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

1. Strong technical & data analysis
2. Proactive approach & go getter attitude
3. People Management & Team leadership Skills
4. Problem Solving Skills with data analysis
5. Lean & Six sigma with some hand on experience on AM pillar

Experience & Education

1. Bachelor’s degree in Food technology/ Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical
2. Must have proven experience working as Shift production Executive
