Responsibilities
Should be familiar with regulatory requirements of FSSAI, Label Claim Proximate & Nutritional Analysis.
Responsible for complete food testing parameters, Ensure validation data & calibration of all instruments, chemical, consumable, Glass wares etc.

B.Tech (Food Technology),B.sc/M.sc (Food Technology)
