Roles and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

● Inspect raw materials and packaging for quality and compliance.
● Conduct in-process and finished goods checks to ensure batch consistency.
● Implement quality control systems and update relevant SOPs.
● Investigate quality deviations and customer complaints using root cause analysis.
● Maintain documentation for internal audits and external certifications.
● Coordinate with production and sanitation teams to uphold hygiene standards.
● Validate cleaning processes and environmental monitoring data.
● Prepare and present quality reports to plant leadership.
● Conduct periodic training on quality protocols for line staff.
● Support product traceability and recall management procedures
