Role & responsibilities
Job Title
Manufacturing Executive
Reports to
Team Lead
Key Deliverables
- Handle production and quality adherence in a shift in a third party manufacturing unit
- Execute production plan, coordinate for RM & PM availability
- Execution of Quality systems like ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, SGA etc.
- Reduction of plant downtime by executing timely manpower planning, spares availability and preventive maintenance
- Review and improve plant performance in terms of productivity, cost and quality
- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance
- Stock planning of RM, PM, and FG to ensure smooth delivery of supply line
- Ensuring production of FG as per ITC Specs
- Routine Shift activities
- Coordination with CMU team for planning
Knowledge
– HACCP/ISO 9001, 5S, SGA and SPC techniques
– Contemporary manufacturing process and technologies in Food Industry
– Concepts of productivity, OEE, workflow, line balancing etc.
– Knowledge of SAP or similar SAP systems
Competencies
– Strong analytical ability
– Strong communication
– Problem solving ability
– Planning and coordination
Experience and Educational qualification
– BE/B Tech with 2 to 5 years of experience in managing shop floor environment in a manufacturing setup
– Preference for candidates from packaged food manufacturing industry
- Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in Food Technology

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates who has minimum 60% in Education background.
Candidates having experience in Atta, Bread, Maida, Flour categories.
