Job Description :
- QA verification for receipt of raw and packaging materials from warehouse/stores to production.

- Ensure the line clearance in Blending, Process, filling areas and Secondary packaging areas as per defined company guidelines at shop floor.
- Ensure manufacturing equipment and product transfer equipment Cleaning and Sanitation requirements and ensure conformance to quality and sanitation standards.
- Ensure sterilizer equipment and filling equipment Cleaning and Sanitation requirements and ensure conformance to quality and sanitation standards.
- Ensure the dispensing of raw materials and other ingredients as per BMR.
- Raw data of all results to be maintained well and maintain all records effectively as per defined Good Documentation Practices.
- Perform scheduled calibrations of lab equipment, and maintained the supporting documentation.
- Preparation of chemicals, standard solutions for analytical testing.
- Monitoring, finalizing and recording the batch standardization activities as per BMR.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the process quality function.
- Make timely decisions on process quality issues and provide direction to production operators/Technicians.
- Support and ensure microbiological sampling/monitoring of processing equipment is conducted.
- Follow and ensure the Gowning practices are maintained inside the GMP area.
