About the Job – Junior Executive/ Executive – Production Line supervisor – Parle Bhuj Gujarat – Food Technology Jobs in Food Industry

Role & responsibilities

1. Supervise all packing activity.
2. Maintenance of stock register
3. Requisition of Packing Material & Final Product transferring in BSR.
4. SAP Posting of Production & Breakdowns.
5. Unloading, stacking and storage of packaging material as per companys SOP for the Stores.
6. Final visual check of product.
7. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene standards as per the companys SSOP in storage and packaging section.
8. Ensuring the availability of packing material in the Department by raising indent and follow up
9. Noting down the wastages and noting down in the Daily Production Report.
10. Ensure the safety in the department.
11. Ensure the use of proper PPE all the time in the department.
12. To increase Awareness in the department w.r.t. to Environment/ Safety & Health.

Preferred candidate profile

1. B.Sc./B.Tech /M.sc. – Food technology

2. Minimum Experience of 3 years in the biscuits industry.

3. SAP Production module experience is required.

4. Good communication and soft skills.

5. Good leadership skills.
