Position: – Microbiologist

Experience:-1 to 2 years

Qualification: M.sc/B.Tech in Food Technology

Location: Baddi (HP)

Job Description:-

• Knowledge of microbiological analysis.
•  Water, PH, and environmental monitoring safety parameter knowledge.
• Knowledge of media preparation and sterilization techniques.
• Handling and upkeep the documentation & record keeping of microbiology.
• Microbiological analysis of shelf life, market and warehouse samples.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and PRP.
• Experience with internal Audit.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000/ISO22000.
