Senior Production Manager – Spice Manufacturing

Company: Lifestyle Foods Private Limited (Chukde Spices)
Location: Bahalgarh, Sonipat
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
CTC: Up to 15 LPA
Industry: Spices / Food Processing / FMCG

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete spice production operations, including cleaning, grinding, blending, processing and packing.
• Ensure achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
• Improve productivity, yield, OEE, capacity utilization and line efficiency.
• Control wastage, rejection, rework, process losses and machine downtime.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, SOPs and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, PPC, Stores and Purchase for smooth plant operations.
• Lead production teams and drive RCA, CAPA, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key production KPIs and prepare Production MIS for management.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing.
• Candidates from Spices / Masala / Seasonings / Food Processing industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spice grinding, blending, processing and packaging.
• Strong exposure to production planning, manpower management, cost control and wastage reduction.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and team management skills.

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Food Technology, Mechanical, Production or relevant discipline.

Preference: Candidates currently working in a Spice/Masala Manufacturing Plant.
