Job profile –
- Enabling the Category Science and Technology Strategy
- Support the development of road map for products.
- Converting ideas to workable concepts based on available scientific technology.
- Support R&D Head in liaising with external agencies on all technical matters, like FSSAI, ASCI, etc.
- Prepare and execute road map to scale up the commercial process for the new products
Requirements –
- Post Graduate – M.Tech M.Sc Food Science.
- Experience in baking products and ingredients.
- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience of research & development
- Industry – Food & beverage only.
