Quality Control and Quality Assurance
❖ Conducting regular inspections of raw materials, Packing Material, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
❖ Perform sensory evaluations and physical inspections of products.
❖ Implement and oversee quality control procedures throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to established standards.
❖ Implement and manage robust quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality specifications.
❖ Work closely with production teams to monitor and support quality control measures during various stages of production.
❖ Support production documentation processes, ensuring alignment with quality assurance requirements.
❖ Collaborate with the quality team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Documentation:
❖ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality control and production procedures.
❖ Assist in the preparation of reports summarising quality metrics and production performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, production, and supply chain, to address production-related challenges.
❖ Participate in regular meetings to discuss production goals, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
❖ B.Tech. Food Technology or Masters: Food Technology/ Food & Nutrition
❖ Experience – 0-1 year of experience
❖ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
❖ Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
❖ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
❖ Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
