About the Job – Sourcing Manager (Private Label – Food) – More Retail – Food Technology Jobs at Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
– Vendor identification and development for PL Bread, Dairy, and Frozen categories.
– Cost negotiations and adherence to quality and recipes.
– Execution of daily production and supply plans.
– Maintenance of in-store PL product availability.
– Quality adherence (Product and Supplier site)
– Regional merchandising support (FIFO and display coordination, as availability permits).
Requirements:
– Education: Food Technologist
– Experience: NPD and production within the Bakery and Dairy industries.
