ROLE OBJECTIVE
To drive the Quality and Production function ensuring complete compliance to quality processes resulting in adherence to quality standards for all products and processes
Qualifications – BSc / MSc / BTech Food Technology
Senior Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹35,000

2. DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARY
To work as per strategic goals of the company, keeping the vision and mission of the company in mind
Production
- Production process adherence
- Batch manufacturing card allocation
- Production targets
- Timely delivery of Finished Material
- Ensuring execution and inspection/ testing of incoming and outgoing products conforming to quality conformance
- Implement GMP systems, validate processes and provide documentation
Quality checks
- Ensure raw material, packing material, consumables material checking.
- Quality analysis of all products RM and PM
- Ensure Work in Progress (WIP) check
- Ensure Final quality monitoring.
- Implementing CAPA recommendations and recommend trainings required.
- Investigate product non-compliance and ensure closure
- Adhere to FDA and GMP regulations
- Ensuring labels/ markings adherence compliance to customer norms
Lab Samples
- Map technical production process
- Ensure the pilot batches match the standards
Documentation
- Maintaining records of all quality test undertaken
- Maintaining the production records
- Managing the documents of QC for traceability and completeness as per customer norms and certification guidelines
- Final quality certification
- Ensure on time and complete documentation on the floor
- File Daily Production Reports on time
Manpower Management

Maintain and up-keep of Company tools/ equipments

Timely backup of devices
Coordination with external agencies
Sample test for finished products
Calibration
Instrument calibration process adherence

- Submission of all reports as per the management needs
- Attending all meetings
Any other tasks assigned by management from time to time based on business requirement
