We are inviting applications for the position of Jr. Executive / Executive – Quality Assurance (QA) at our Food Testing laboratory as per ISO 17025:2017 in Anand, Gujarat.

📍 Location: Anand, Gujarat

🎓 Qualifications: M.Sc./ B.Tech. / M.Tech. Food Science, Dairy Science, Biotechnology Or any other science discipline

Experience: 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Support in Quality Assurance activities
✔ Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17043 (Proficiency Testing) and NABL requirements
✔ Assist in internal and external audits
✔ Maintain Laboratory Quality Management System (LQMS) documentation.
✔ Preparation of applications for new assessments, re-assessments, scope enhancement etc.
✔ Coordinate with the NCL- Regional laboratories for implementation of LQMS.
✔ Carrying out vendor evaluation, handling and resolving customer queries, complaints, evaluating and handling customer feedbacks.
✔ Indenting & purchase of proficiency testing (PT) programs as per PT Plan.

Preferred Skills:

✔ Good understanding of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and NABL requirements.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
✔ Strong documentation, communication, and report-writing skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✔ Experience in audit coordination and quality management systems will be preferred.

It has obtained recognitions from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) in 2017, the Export Inspection Council (EIC) in 2018 and the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) in 2019. Moreover, NCL is serving as a Referral Laboratory (RL) and National Reference Laboratory (NRL) for milk & milk products under the ambit of FSSAI.
