About the Job – Assistant Manager – R&D – Parle Mumbai Maharashtra
Role & responsibilities:
1. Selection and optimization of the literature in order to select the process/ recipe as per the requirement of product.
2. Selection of Raw material for the lab trials and optimization of the raw material.
3. Optimization of the process and formula in the lab trials.
4. Verification of the regulatory requirements of the raw materials and final formulations.
5. Arrangement of the raw material for pilot trials.
6. Optimization of the final pilot trials product by sensory evaluation.
7. Stability study of the product in stability chamber and ambient condition.
8. Data management for the developed product (SAP BOM, Nutritional information, Product specifications)
9. SAP data management (BOM, QM data) for Ghana, Bahrain, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, & Kenya.
10. Certifications for the export samples (India to other country export)
11. Vendor development program auditing.
