Minus 18 Frozen Foods is expanding, and we are looking for experienced professionals to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Kim, Surat (Gujarat).
🔍 Open Positions:
1️⃣ QA Executive / QA Officer (Quality Assurance)
Requirements:
• Experience in frozen vegetables / frozen food processing
• Knowledge of HACCP,BRCGS, GMP, and food safety standards
• Ability to maintain documentation and production quality checks
• Understanding of IQF, blanching, freezing & packaging processes preferred
2️⃣ Production Supervisor
Requirements:
• Experience supervising a frozen veggies or IQF line
• Knowledge of production workflow, line handling & manpower management
• Ability to ensure efficiency, hygiene & safety on the shop floor
📌 Location: Kim, Surat, Gujarat
📌 Industry: Frozen Vegetables, French Fries, RTE Products
