About the Job – QA Executive – FreshToHome Mulbagal, Kolar Karnataka – Food Technology Jobs

Experience – 1 to 2 Years
Work Location – Mulbagal, Kolar
Qualification – BSc / BTech / MSc Food Technology

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Handle Primary Processing (Chicken Slaughter).
> Maintain Online Checklists.
> Ensure Product temp and implementation food safety Standards.
> Ensure Hygiene on Floor.
> Follow up Quality Standards without any Deviations as per fssai and set internal standards.
> Documentation & Filing.
> Internal FSMS audit and follow up of NCs, Training employees.
> Dispatch and provide reports and make consolidated reports.
> RM and FG inspection and reporting.
> Implement SOPs and work instruction on the floor.
> Report any deviations to the reporting manager for action.
> Prepare RCA and CAPA for deviations and handle customer complaints.
