About the Job – Quality Assurance Executive – Oceanic Foods Limited – Fresher Food Technology Jobs at Jamnagar, Gujarat

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Support R&D activities for existing and new products.
• Monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in production.
• Support the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Assist in developing and implementing QA processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable quality standards.
• Participate in internal audits and prepare audit reports.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and work in a food manufacturing environment.
