Role & responsibilities –
Testing and Inspection: Conduct various tests (physical, chemical, microbiological) on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to assess quality and safety.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tests, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
Reporting: Prepare reports on test results, identify non-conformances, and report them to appropriate personnel.
Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as production and quality assurance, to address quality issues and improve processes.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company standards.
Audits: Conduct internal audits of production facilities and processes to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with quality standards
