Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Food technology /Microbiology /Chemistry
Salary: up to 7 LPA
Experience: 3 – 5 years

Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing rotational shift independently.
- Maintaining GMP/GHK in process area.
- Liaison activities with production in maintaining hygiene in the view of contamination
- Inspection of FG during shift.
- Inspection of RM/PM in absence of responsible person or urgent requirement during shift for smoothly production.
- Independently maintain the shift as per quality aspects.
- GMP, GLP, 5s activities
- In process checks for process parameter in shift and maintaining documents.
- Raising NCGR or deviation note/Message in process to ensure quality.
- Microbial analysis of FG, Swab, Exposure in absence of related person.
- Coordination of housekeeping activities.
- Inspection, Maintaining and monitoring of stored control sample at regular intervals.
- Raw material like inspection during unloading.
- Ensure equipment calibration and maintaining if any.
- Training on quality related program to workers like GHP. GMP, CCP, HACCP study.
- Training to all new joiner workers.
- Inspection of chemical testing,
- CCP and OPRP verification.
- Vegetable sorting, washing and soaking monitoring.
- Line clearance activities on process floor.
- Verification of legal compliances like printing, labelling, coding etc.
- R&D sample analysis check and reporting.
