Designation: R&D Executive

Qualifications: B.Tech. Food, Mtech. Food Technology

Experience: 1–2 years (preferably in the food industry)

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinate with 3P (third-party) vendors.
– Align production and dispatch schedules.
– Onboard and manage new vendors.
– Support basic purchase and procurement activities
– Develop and formulate new food & beverage products.
– Conduct market and consumer research.
– Collaborate with production & procurement for scale-up.
– Ensure FSSAI compliance and quality standards

Requirements:

– Strong coordination & communication skills.
– Hands-on experience in food manufacturing or FMCG operations.
– Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
– Innovative thinker with strong product development skills.
– Deep understanding of food ingredients and processing
– Passion for creating better-for-you food products
