To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist within the Quality team! This position will be located in Viramgam.
Your mission:
As the Quality Assurance Specialist you will be responsible for Quality Assurance Function and ensuring all quality parameter followed.
Position Purpose
To oversee the shift operations in instrumentations as per the guidelines.
Your experience and talents will make the difference to:
- Must have experience of audits – ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HALAL, KOSHER & others
- To handle internal & external audits & compliance reviews. Ensure compliance to food safety
- To ensure standards of HACCP, GMP & hygiene compliance in manufacturing
- To drive culture of food safety & quality at shop floor by developing system & monitoring plan
- Documentation inline with Global Tools
- Lean & manage specific projects as required
- To ensure 100% adherence to SOPs
- Monitor all operations that affect quality
- Responsible for quality & timeliness of deliverables
Can handle instruments like HPLC, FTNIR & others
Specificities:
Act as an Incharge for the assigned shift and take ownership for men, materials and management.
Key Competencies Requirements:
- Knowledge of quality & food safety system
- Strong written & verbal communication skill
- Computer knowledge & skill
- Analytical skill
- Great attention to detail and a result driven approach
- Main Internal Relations Regularly with Maintenance, SCM, Production and QA. Also occasionally with all other functions.
Main External Relations
Auditors , Manufacturing, Customers.
Qualification:-
M.Sc. or M. Tech in Food Technology, Microbiology or Science (Any specialization)

You have minimum 04 to 07 years good quality experience in Food / Pharma manufacturing industry.
