Saroj Agro Industries is looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and manage Quality Assurance activities at our manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring product quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in line with FMCG industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end Quality Assurance operations in the FMCG / food manufacturing unit.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA systems, SOPs, and quality manuals.
• Monitor raw material, in-process, and finished product quality standards.
• Conduct internal audits, vendor audits, and support external audits and certifications.
• Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and documentation.
• Lead and train QA/QC team to ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams for continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and record maintenance as per compliance norms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce quality deviations and improve efficiency.
