This role is based at our winery unit in Dindori, Nashik and will report to General Manager
– Production Quality.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
The role will be responsible for managing all QA/QC related activities at winery. The role will include but not be limited to the following

  • To facilitate internal and external audits of the company. Sound knowledge on FSSC, BRC and other food safety standards.
  • To comply legality (statutory, legal metrology, FSSAI) requirements to ensure zero legal complaints.
  • Providing technical support in case of product quality and packaging development activity.
  • To promote food safety culture in the organization through continuous trainings, factory hygiene and production line audits.
  • Sound knowledge on SAP related QC work.
  • Extend support in new product trial and product validation
  • Conduct bottling trial in case of new packaging material and new product trial.
  • Identification of Non -conformities and making its on time RCA and CAPA.
  • Ensure daily line checks and sanitation, filtration and wine additions shall be maintained as per Sula’s standard and specifications.
  • Ensure GLP/ GMP shall be maintained throughout the process
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food or Biotechnology; or Seven-plus years related experience and/or training in a related field
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills written and verbal
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT, Word
DESIRABLE SKILLS
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and execute programs on time
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, proposals and written materials
  • Develop and implement performance metrics with technical/statistical data
  • Project Management, Organizational and Planning skills
  • Exceptional communication skills including delivering presentations
