Job Title: In-Process Quality Assurance (Off-role) ( Male Candidate)
Standards: FSSC, TCSPL standards, and specifications
Experience:
1. 1-2 years of experience in the food industry as an online quality control/quality assurance resource.
3. M.Sc./ B.Tech in Food Technology/Microbiology/Biotechnology qualification.
Salary: 3.2 lac
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Strong sensory evaluation of all products before release.
2. Effective monitoring of CCPs, OPRPs, and PRPs in the plant to ensure full control.
3. Compliance with the in-process quality plan.
4. Training workers and operators for online checking and maintaining records as per standards.
5. Monitoring and verifying hygiene on the shop floor and working towards improvements to maintain it.
6. Validation and verification of CCPs and OPRPs.
7. RCA and CAPA execution for in-process deviations.
8. Analysis of raw materials and packaging materials.
