Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Control Officer to ensure quality standards are maintained across the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain quality records, reports and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, FSSAI and food safety standards.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
• Support audits, inspections and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure proper hygiene and quality practices on the shop floor.

Qualification

B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or relevant discipline.
