External: Equipment Suppliers, RMPM suppliers, CPs
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech ( Mechanical , Chemical, Food Technology)
Experience: At least 10 to 15 years of Experience

- Technology Evaluation and Feasibility assessment for Capacity Creation and Innovation projects at Own Plants
- Drive Innovation & Technology projects across own plants to deliver new products and new technologies
- Technology Evaluation and Feasibility assessment for Capacity Creation and Innovation projects at CPs
- Drive Innovation & Technology projects across CPs to deliver new products and new technologies
Quality
- Identify process and technology gaps to achieve product quality and consistency. Develop action plan to close gaps at own plants
- Drive projects to improve product quality and consistency, by process improvement at own plants.
- Identify process and technology gaps to achieve product quality and consistency. Develop action plan to close gaps at CPs
- Drive projects to improve product quality and consistency, by process improvement at CPs
Commercials
- Feasibility assessment for Dhanush projects at own plants. Identify and quantify CEP projects across own plants.
- Drive Dhanush & CEP projects across own plants to deliver cost targets
- Feasibility assessment for Dhanush projects at CPs. Identify and quantify CEP projects across CPs.
- Drive Dhanush & CEP projects across CPs to deliver cost targets
Manage Talent
Build capability for product categories (Wafers) by preparing and imparting training on a regular basis to operating teams (production Managers, Production Officers, CP officers, CP staff)
Participate in the recruitment process, allocate targets, track, monitor, review and guide performance, recommend promotion for officers provide developmental feedback, suggest training programs.
Manage Projects
- Manage CEP projects, supervision & co-ordination on new technologies for all innovations / New products
- Manage & supervise scaling up of New product @ respective units in collaboration with Scale –up team, Planning & execution of consumer promo activity & Dhanush initiatives
- Monitor the stabilization of production processes for New Products to assist in the timely commercialization of new SKUs
