Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our ice cream manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, with specific expertise in ice cream processing, packaging, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

·        New Ice cream Development.

·        Manage day-to-day production activities at the ice cream plant

·        Ensure product quality and compliance with FSSAI and hygiene standards

·        Oversee inventory and coordinate with procurement

·        Implement and monitor SOPs, HACCP, and GMP guidelines

·        Lead and train staff to achieve highest standard in Product quality and Hygiene

·        Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance

·        Maintain daily production reports and ensure cost-efficiency

Required Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Dairy or Food Technology or a related field .

·        10+ year’s experience in ice cream/ Frozen Dessert manufacturing

·        Strong knowledge of packaging .

·        Familiar with quality and safety certifications (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP)

·        Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
