Productivity

  • Manpower -Production manhour / 1000 pies – target -1.1 manhrs/1000DB
  • Electricity – Dough Cooler Units / 1000 pies, Tray Wash Units / 1000 pies,
  • Production Others-units / 1000 pies; Deep freezer- units/pallet; Chiller- units/pallet; Utility- units/1000DB
  • USLE

Fillrate

  • Actual production day-wise vs Indents,
  • without any backlog – for products produced inhouse
  • vs month-beginning day-wise plans for other made-to-stock items
  • Ensure the fillrate for inhouse manufactured items

Quality Assurance

  • Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with ISO quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.
  • Implementing quality systems / procedures like Six Sigma, Lean Sigma in the organisation to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.
  • Ensure cost of consumables and cleaning & Hygiene within budget.
  • Ensuring the statutory compliance, OSHAS certifications, FSSC compliance in place.
  • Governance (daily WIP reconciliation, Tray inwarding in SAP, Batch-wise on-line production entry in SAP, instances of missing equipment calibrations, instances of missing dough weighments)
  • Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation expenditures and work within the budget.
  • Compliance on the SOP adherence
  • Ensuring good manufacturing practices are being followed and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards laid down by Dominos Pizza International Limited.
  • Drive zero food safety complaints

Education

UG:B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
