Job Title

Manufacturing Executive

Reports to

Team Lead

Key Deliverables

1. Handle production and quality adherence in a shift in a third party manufacturing unit
2. Execute production plan, coordinate for RM & PM availability
3. Execution of Quality systems like ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, SGA etc.
4. Reduction of plant downtime by executing timely manpower planning, spares availability and preventive maintenance
5. Review and improve plant performance in terms of productivity, cost and quality
6. Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance
7. Stock planning of RM,PM,and FG to ensure smooth delivery of supply line
8. Ensuring production of FG as per ITC Specs
9. Routine Shift activities
10. Coordination with CMU team for planning

Knowledge

– HACCP/ISO 9001, 5S, SGA and SPC techniques
– Contemporary manufacturing process and technologies in Food Industry
– Concepts of productivity, OEE, workflow, line balancing etc.
– Knowledge of SAP or similar SAP systems

Competencies

– Strong analytical ability
– Strong communication
– Problem solving ability
– Planning and coordination

Experience and Educational qualification

– BE/B Tech with 2 to 5 years of experience in managing shop floor environment in a manufacturing setup

• B.Tech/B.E. in Environmental, Production/Industrial, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Technology, Electrical and Electronics, Automobile, Information Technology, Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Electronics And Instrumentation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical

Preference for candidates from packaged food manufacturing industry
