• Manage packing lines with various manpower.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues.

• Conduct online quality checks.

• Maximize production while minimizing waste.
• Maintain productivity targets.
• Foster teamwork and monitor production quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Tech (Dairy technology) or B.Tech (Food technology).
• 2-5 years of experience in dairy or food industry.
• Strong supervision and decision-making skills.
• Experience in plant management.
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and productivity processes.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
