👥 Team Size Managed: 110+ (Supervisors, Operators & Packing Staff)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manpower planning and workforce alignment
✅ Raw material to dispatch – complete supply chain management
✅ Preventive maintenance to avoid production downtime
✅ On-the-job training and team skill enhancement
✅ ISO documentation and standard compliance
✅ Client negotiations and vendor coordination
✅ Advanced production planning and process efficiency
✅ Inventory and stock control
✅ Real-time quality checks during production
✅ Monitoring CCP (Critical Control Points): Temperature, Fat, Product Benefits
✅ Monitoring PRP (Pre-requisite Programs): Pre-Production Planning
✅ Team management – lead 110+ staff including supervisors and operators
