Role & responsibilities

* ISO & Other Audit related documentation part

1. Conduct Internal audit in the plant and Performing Mock Food Recall or Withdrawal and Mock Traceability Backward or Forward as per set frequency.

2. Maintain Customer Evaluation Records & Handling all Audit Related Documents.

3. Verify all departments process and audit related documents and Prepared Process related SOPs and SSOP’s & FSMS manual.

4. Ensuring & verify the monitoring of on regular basis of PRP’s, OPRP’s, CCP’s and FSMS Implementation on plant premises.

5. Preparing new and updated old documents as per ISO 22000:2018 FSMS Standard and also updated Document/Record number on all Records and Documents.

6. Maintain documents as per requirement of approved vendor list of RM/PM (FSSAI and External Test reports as well as Food Grade Certificate).

* Coordination & monitoring of FSMS improvements

1. Focus to provide instructions to all departments regarding prepared documents and record keeping as per our standard so that external audit will completed with out NC’s.

2. Focus to reduce customer complaints regarding our manufacturing products.

3. Discuss and compile all the received data of consumer complaints in a Tracker and maintained it.

* Implementation of FSMS standard, Food Safety Culture & Quality Improvements

1. Preparing documents as per focus on upgrading into FSSC v6.0. and Responsible for preparing the Policies & set Company objectives (In-context of Food safety & quality) by communicating with Senior Management, HOD’s and colleagues.

2. Better Implementation of FSMS standard & Food Safety Culture in the Plant. & etc if any

* Training programs – Related to Documentation & Record Keeping, Food Safety, GMP, PPE, Pest Control and GHP among all and new joining employees.

* In process daily monitoring, Daily reports And action compliance.

1. Daily shift handling & Checking of Quality line Parameters/ Process monitoring.

2. Plant Daily Deviation Report and FG Vehicle inspection in respective shift and Line process Documentation Preparation & FG line Clearance.

Experience: 3 – 4 years
