Qualification: B.Tech/B.Sc. in Food Technology, Agriculture, Quality Management, or a related field.

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Control Officer – Staples to ensure product quality and compliance across DCs, packhouses, and vendor locations.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct RM, IPQC & FG quality inspections
* Monitor sorting, grading, cleaning & packing processes
* Conduct vendor quality/process audits
* Drive RCA & CAPA for quality deviations
* Handle customer complaints and recurring quality issues
* Maintain quality, audit & inspection records
* Coordinate with Sourcing, Supply Chain & vendors on quality improvements

What We’re Looking For

* Knowledge of Food/Staples quality standards & processes
* Understanding of RM, IPQC & FG quality checks
* Good knowledge of RCA, CAPA & auditing
* Strong MS Excel & Google Sheets skills
* Good analytical, communication & problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple vendors and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Industry: Food Retail | Quick Commerce | FMCG Food | Staples

• Preference: Candidates from Jharkhand or Bihar
• Salary: As per market standards
