Fibro Foods is seeking a hands-on and technically strong Quality Executive to maintain product quality, food safety and process compliance across its manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality testing of raw materials, in-process products and finished goods
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Implement and maintain food-safety systems, SOPs and hygiene practices
• Maintain quality records, specifications and compliance documentation
• Support internal audits, external audits and corrective actions
• Investigate quality issues and coordinate with production teams to implement solutions

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of quality experience in food manufacturing
• Hands-on and technically strong
• Highly conscious about quality and food safety
• Comfortable working in a factory environment
• Practical, creative and solution-oriented
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, food-safety standards and quality documentation preferred
