Job Title: QA/QC Executive
Location: Nalasopara, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in QA/QC
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process checks during production.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate with vendors to address and resolve any quality issues related to raw materials⁠.
• Maintain quality records in line with FSSAI, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams like R&D, Operations, Business Development, and Marketing to align quality objectives.
• ⁠Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Train on-floor teams on quality standards and food safety practices⁠.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
• Good knowledge of food safety regulations
• Strong observation and documentation skills
