Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Understand the Flavorist role, how it fits into the business & contributes to the bottom line.
• Broaden business understanding of other functions; production, quality control, sales & marketing, sensory & consumer insights.
• Learn to assess creative position on business projects.
• Understand rationale to create, cost to serve & communicating the rationale behind decisions.
• Demonstrate ability to work within a team as a team member.
• Understand key steps in projects from creation to production.
• Build understanding on key communication steps in projects.
• Structured learning of raw materials – Naturals, (essential oils, extracts etc.) & aroma chemical.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of similar experience in Flavors or Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for flavor innovation.
• High attention to detail and sensory awareness.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and evolve.
